How to Transfer Files with cable on realme phone.


To be read by peripheral device, firstly, you need to manually enter Developer Mode. If it’s the first time using this feature, go to [Settings] > [About Phone] > [Version], keep tapping it over 7 times until prompted “You are already in developer mode.”


After connecting your realme smartphone with computer device by USB cable, there's a prompt "USB Debugging" on your phone. Tap it and choose "Transfer Files."

If it’s not working, go to [Settings] > [Other Wireless Connections] > turn on [USB Tethering].



Solution for computer device cannot read your USB driver.

Currently, every smartphone has its own USB driver that can be read by peripheral device and no need to download it into your phone.

If your computer cannot read the USB driver, go to your computer and enter [Device Manager] > double tap your [realme smartphone] > [Install the drive from this computer equipment] / [Manually download driver online]. Check if this problem is solved.



If not, we suggest you update your phone to  and try again.
