Applicable for all realme smartphones.

If you fail to connect to another Bluetooth device that you have paired before on your phone, you can try the troubleshooting as below:

Make sure Bluetooth on both devices are enabled

l Make sure both your device and the to-be-connected device have enabled the Bluetooth. Click to unpair the device first and then search and repair again.

l Make sure the Bluetooth is visible by turning on the Phone Visibility. You can go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] and enable the Bluetooth, then turn on [Phone Visibility]

Clear data & cache of Bluetooth

If it still doesn't work, you can try to clear the data and cache by doing the following steps, and then try to search and pair again.

For ColorOS 5.0: Go to [Settings]> [App Management]> [Show System Processes] > [Bluetooth Share] > [Storage use] then click [Clear data] & [Clear cache].

* Pictures, settings and paths might differ from those of your phone, but that do not affect the description in this article.
