Update Time: 2019-02-28 09:53:59

Check your Wi-Fi status, or reset the settings to fix the issue.
Applicable for all realme smartphone.

Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is of sufficient strength.

Check the Wi-Fi signal on the status bar. The more bars, the stronger the signal. If you're too far from your router, you can't get a signal, so make sure that you're within range.

Check if the Wi-Fi connection is overloading

If too many devices connect the same router, it will put much pressure on the router and lead to the difficulty to access the Internet after Wi-Fi is connected. You can set a static IP for every device connecting the router and try again.

Make sure that you have logged in to the Wi-Fi network

When connecting to a public Wi-Fi network, your phone will prompt you with a notification telling you to open the network's sign in page. Fill in the username and/or password, then you can get your Wi-Fi connection working. To manually access the Wi-Fi login page, open up the browser and try to load up a webpage. This will automatically redirect you to the network's login page.

Reset Wi-Fi settings

Go to [Settings] > [App Management] > [All] and find Wireless settings. Clear its data and cache, then connect to the Wi-Fi network and try to load the webpage again.

Restart and update the phone

Restart the phone, and make sure you have.

Connect to the Wi-Fi network on other devices

If you're connected to a Wi-Fi network but you can't get online, try to use your Wi-Fi network on other devices.

If you can't get online using your other devices, there might be a service outage.

Reset the router

Completely turn off the power of router, then after several minutes, you can try to reset the router. Check if the network is working.
