Make sure that you have logged in to the Wi-Fi network
When connecting to a public Wi-Fi network, your phone will prompt you with a notification telling you to open the network's sign in page. Fill in the username and/or password, then you can get your Wi-Fi connection working. To manually access the Wi-Fi login page, open up the browser and try to load up a webpage. This will automatically redirect you to the network's login page.
Go to [Settings] > [App Management] > [All] and find Wireless settings. Clear its data and cache, then connect to the Wi-Fi network and try to load the webpage again.
Restart and update the phone
Restart the phone, and make sure you have.
