What If the Bluetooth automatically disconnects

Problem phenomenon:

1. The power of the Bluetooth device is low.

2. The Bluetooth device is abnormal.

3. Beyond the effective range of the Bluetooth device.

4. Environmental interference.


Troubleshooting steps:

1. Try connecting after charging

To avoid disconnection due to insufficient power of the device, please ensure that the power is sufficient and try to connect.


2. Reconnect the device

The device may support the preemptive connection function. The previously paired device actively initiates the connection, and the other device is preempted and disconnected. You can temporarily turn off the Bluetooth of the device or cancel the pairing with the other devices, and re-pair to try again.


3. Reset the Bluetooth device and try again

If you use the realme buds, please refer to How to reset the realme earphones? to reset the earphone.


4. Restart the phone and  reset the wireless system settings

Please restart your phone and reset the wireless system settings.

realme UI 5.0 & 4.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup and Reset > Reset phone > Reset network settings.

realme UI 3.0: Settings > System Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Reset network settings.

realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Reset network settings.

realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset WiFi, mobile& Bluetooth.



5. Away from the environment with large electromagnetic interference

If you experience hanging in all scenarios, you may be in an environment with a lot of interference. Please use Bluetooth devices away from environments with strong interference (such as airports, subways, induction cookers, etc.).


If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please bring your purchase certificate to the realme customer service center.
