This Realme product sales promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by ASCENSION INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED, with address at Unit E, 26/F, CNT Tower, 338 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong and N.I.F. of the country of residence: 1860917 (The "Organizer").

The purpose of this promotional commercial activity is to increase the visibility and improve the sale of the Organizer's products.

2. TERM OF VALIDITY

The validity period for this Promotion will be from 26^th of August 2020, from 10:30 CET hours, until 10^th of September to 23:59 CET hours or until the end of stocks, in the event that they run out before the maximum term.

3. TERRITORY

The Promotion is valid only in the territory Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal and on the web https://www.realme.com/eu (hereinafter, the "Web") .

4. USERS

This Promotion is intended for adults (18 years old) who are registered as users on the platform (https://www.realme.com/eu) and are holders of a personal account in order to participate in this Promotion, for which they will have to indicate the following personal data: name, surname, address email and / or phone number, as well as accepting the Terms and Conditions (https://www.realme.com/eu/legal/terms-sales) and the Privacy Policy (https://www.realme.com/eu/legal/privacy-policy) of the same ("Users").

• Buy a realme product and get another realme product for a reduced price: For the purchase of a realme product, you can get another realme product at a reduced price. See the specifications of the products and the terms of purchase of this offer below, in point 6.2.

6. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

6.1. BUY A REALME PRODUCT AND GET ANOTHER REALME PRODUCT FOR A REDUCED PRICE:

a) When you proceed to make your purchase of a mobile phone realme C11, you can get realme Band (Green) for one euros(1€).

• The original price of realme Band (Green) is twenty-four euros and ninety-nine cents (24,99€).

b) When you proceed to make your purchase of a mobile phone realme C11, you can get realme Buds 2 at a discount of ten euros (10€).

• The original price of realme Buds 2 is nineteen euros and ninety-nine nine cents (19,99€). The price after discount will be nine euros and ninety-nine cents (9,99€).
• This offer is valid only in the promotion on 26th of August of 2020 from 10:30 CET hours, until 10th of September of 2020 at 23:59 CET hours.
• The products of this promotion are available in limited quantities and will be delivered in a rigorous order of arrival until stocks are exhausted. c) When you proceed to make your purchase of a mobile phone realme C11, you can get    realme Buds Wireless at a discount of twenty euros (20€).

• The original price of realme Buds Wireless is thirty-nine euros and ninety-nine cents (39,99€). The price after discount will be nineteen euros and ninety-nine cents (19,99€).
• This offer is valid only in the promotion on 26th of August of 2020 from 10:30 CET hours, until 10th of September of 2020 at 23:59 CET hours.
• The products of this promotion are available in limited quantities and will be delivered in a rigorous order of arrival until stocks are exhausted. Once the stock of products is exhausted, its purchase will not be possible under these conditions and a sign will be displayed indicating the product is exhausted.

7. FREE SHIPPING OF REALME PRODUCTS FOR PURCHASES GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED (100) EUROS

When the final amount of your purchase of the products actually detailed in point 6, and with the promotions in the exposed, reaches or exceeds the amount of one hundred (100) euros, shipping will be free and will be applied automatically once appropriate to make the purchase.

8. OTHERS

The Organizer will promote the event on the Web and in the App and through any other means it deems appropriate; Advertising will comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The products purchased at a discount in this Promotion cannot be exchanged for their cash value, they cannot be transferred to any other person or sales channel other than the acquiring user; In these cases, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Promotion. The products of this Promotion cannot be resold, nor for their commercial distribution, which is exclusive to realme.

The Organizer, co-organizers, collaborating agents of the promotion, advertising companies, distributors or any other organization related to the Promotion, cannot participate in it.

The Organizer will interpret and explain the conditions of this Promotion based on legal needs. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this Promotion with prior notice.

Users will be automatically disqualified from (https://id.realme.com/profile.html) if it is shown that they have acted in bad faith or with inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate behavior, if they use fraudulent, disproportionate or inappropriate methods or even if it is considered that you have violated any of the legal requirements.

9. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

9.1. Organizer representation: Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party organizers provide the Promotion solely on the basis of best effort and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. In particular, but without limitation, the Organizer and its affiliated Organizers or third parties do not guarantee or represent that:

• The Promotion is available to the User during the period of time specified in point 6 and is provided to the User without interruption, interruption or delay;

In the event that the Organizer is responsible for the breach of these terms, the Organizer's liability will be limited to the damages that the Organizer should typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these terms due to the circumstances known at the time. However, the foregoing, such damages may not exceed one hundred euros (100€) (or its equivalent in local currency).

Nothing in these terms will exclude or limit the Organizer:

• Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any law of liability for defective products; and
• Guarantee or responsibility for damages or losses that cannot be legally excluded or limited by the applicable law. If the laws of the jurisdiction of the Users do not allow the exclusion of certain guarantees, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for losses or damages caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implicit terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations that are legal in that jurisdiction will apply to the liability and guarantee of the Users and the Organizer will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3. Responsibility of Users: The User is entirely responsible for any breach of obligations arising from:

• These terms;
• Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which you reside or in which you participate in the Promotion, and
• For the consequences of said breach, including any loss or damage that the Organizer or any third party may suffer. The Organizer will not be responsible to the User or third parties for said breach.

10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Participation in the Promotion will be governed by the T&C, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the legislation of Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Portugal. The User has the option to file claims with a competent court in the country in which he resides.
